When you move, natural chemicals are released into your blood stream that have positive effects on mood and decrease stress hormones. Movement is medicine. Food

Did you know that all disease shares a common origin: Inflammation! When you reduce inflammation you improve your thinking, living, being. One way to reduce inflammation is to decrease your intake of inflammatory foods. In my opinion, the biggest villain is DAIRY.

Communication

Many communicative challenges and disorders show increased symptoms because of environmental factors. Consider removing sugar, unnatural dyes and coloring, dairy and gluten. You can cut them cold turkey or try an elimination diet where you remove them for a time, adding them back systematically while monitoring how your body reacts when reintroduced.
